I do not contact the end client without your authorization. If access is needed, we agree on the path. No surprises and no parallel conversation.
Who talks to the end client
By default, the agency does. If you prefer, I can talk under your brand. You choose what fits each case.
Contracting per incident
You do not need a monthly package to start. Each cleanup has scope and price agreed before I begin. If maintenance or monitoring makes sense later, we talk then.
Free diagnosis of one site
So you can see how I work, I do an external triage of one portfolio site: public signals, no password. Cleanup, if needed, is quoted separately.
